Made in soft silica gel, these conveniently sized foot care pads reduce friction between your ankle and the back counter of your shoe, making it more comfortable and easy to wear. How To Use: Remove protective covering from flat side of gel pad and attach to the top back part of the inside of your shoes before wearing
